Coach Bill is a USA Volleyball IMPACT Certified Coach and is committed to creating a positive, competitive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, accountability, and a passion for the game.
Bill Beloro grew up in Cape May, New Jersey, where he graduated from high school in 1989. Later that summer, he relocated with his family to Southern California and continued his education at Riverside Community College and California State University, San Bernardino.
Professionally, Bill dedicated 35 years to a U.S. federal agency, serving as an Information Technology Specialist and Functional Analyst specializing in Product Development. He currently resides in San Bernardino with his wife, Mayah, whom he has been happily married to since 1999.

Entering his 14th season as a club volleyball coach, Bill begins his 12th year with Rancho Valley Volleyball Club (RVVC). Throughout his club coaching career, he has led teams at the 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U levels, helping athletes develop both their skills and their understanding of the game.
Bill’s high school coaching career began at Grand Terrace High School, where he coached from 2013 to 2016. During his four years at Grand Terrace, he coached at every level of the program, including Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity.
In 2017, Bill became the Head Coach of the Carter High School Girls Varsity Volleyball program in Rialto, leading the Lions for two seasons. He then joined the coaching staff at Rancho Cucamonga High School in 2019, where he spent four seasons before moving to Los Osos High School, where he has been a member of the girls volleyball coaching staff for the past four years.
In addition to his team coaching responsibilities, Bill has assisted with numerous volleyball clinics over the years, supporting Rancho Valley Volleyball Club and collaborating with fellow coaches to help develop young athletes throughout the region.
