With 18 years of coaching experience, Mainor Ramos has built a reputation for developing athletes and building successful programs. His coaching accomplishments include a 3rd-place finish at the USAV National Championships and a 2nd-place finish at the AAU National Championships.
Mainor is entering his 5th year as Head Coach of the Los Osos Boys Volleyball program and has also served as the Los Osos Freshman Girls Head Coach for 2 years. He is committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court by emphasizing skill development, discipline, teamwork, and a competitive mindset.
